My other favorite one is the one I see where someone says: “everyone who sides with Maduro is non-white” and the opposition is all whites *shows very selective pictures of Maduro with nonwhite people and the ‘opposition’ (aka only the one side that has money and power) who are all white*

When I have seen many leftist non-white (especially black and indigenous) venezuelans TALK about how annoyed they are at how US and European leftists have constructed this narrative because it erases THEIR concerns about Maduro.
